    One of the sensors is not working. The seller provided several steps to try “resetting” it but nothing has worked and the seller seems unwilling to replace the defective sensor.

    Good product but you should consider buying first the Aqara hub which is a device that controls all devices including these temperature sensors, if you do not have an Aqara hub they will not work.

    Great original Akara sensor. 2 out of 4 did not start with the batteries included, but… In addition to 2032, you can safely use 2025 (they will work a little less, and later check the original ones with a voltmeter), which I did. Everything immediately hooked up to the Yandex Station 2-the region does not matter. I recommend the seller, thank you!
